- We do not allow using the default Freshdesk server for public email domains(gmail.com, aol.com, outlook.com, etc.) due to DMARC enforcement by public domains as this leads to emails either getting dropped or may land up in spam.
- This has a negative impact on our IP reputation.
- Push customers to configure custom mailbox if they are using public domain support email.
