Issues with logging into the helpdesk - No day pass

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Problem Statement
An agent is unable to login as there's no day pass
Resolution Path
- Ask the agent to reach out to any of their Account admins to purchase sufficient day passes for their account from admin --> Day Pass
- As a good-will gesture, you may also have one day pass added immediately via Freshops so that the agent can login without any delay.
