Issues with logging into the helpdesk - No day pass

Problem Statement


An agent is unable to login as there's no day pass


Resolution Path


  • Ask the agent to reach out to any of their Account admins to purchase sufficient day passes for their account from admin --> Day Pass
  • As a good-will gesture, you may also have one day pass added immediately via Freshops so that the agent can login without any delay.
