Possible Questions :
- An agent with the default Account Admin role is unable to manage/save and edit their own list view as well as Shared List Views.
- An agent with access to View/Manage reports and analytics is unable to see the option in their user profile.
Resolution Path :
- In such cases, we can request the customer for Occasional Agent access, and raise an L2 ticket with all the necessary details like agent name, role name, video grab, etc.
- Support L2 will perform a fix from the backend.
