Updated Agent name not reflected on Tickets

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Possible question
After an agent's name is updated from the profile details in the Organisation page, there could be issues reported that the updated name is still not reflected in the ticket details page or inside admin --> agents.
Resolution Path
- Ask the users facing this issue to clear the cache and cookies from their browser or to verify the same in an incognito window.
- Updated names not reflecting would be due to the old name being fetched from the cache in the browser which is why clearing it would fix it.
