Customer IP Blocked

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Issue:
Customers report that the Freshdesk portal is inaccessible and are shown the following error.

This usually happens when the customer's Public IP is blocked from our side for various reasons. To check this navigate to DevOps -->Tools -->IP Blocking reasons after asking the customer for their Public IP

From this interface, it can be verified if the customer's IP is blocked or not. If it's blocked , reach out to the Infosec team in the fd-support-noc to get it unblocked and gather information on the reason for the block.
