Possible Queries:
1. My account's invoices are being sent to info@abc.om however, I want the invoices to be sent to help@xyz.com. How can I do that?
2. I am unable to update the invoicing email address from my end. Could you help?
Resolution Path:
The customer can send an email to billing@freshworks.com and our Billing team would be able to update the invoicing email address of the customer's Freshdesk account from the backend.
If the customer wants to send invoices to multiple email addresses, they can reach out to our billing team and they will assist them further
