I forgot my Freshdesk URL. Can you help me in retrieving the account URL?
If a customer wants to know their Freshdesk URL, you can suggest them navigate to https://www.freshworks.com/freshdesk/login/ and click on the "Forget your Helpdesk name?" option. Screenshot for reference:
On the redirected page, the customer can enter the email address using which they signed up for their Freshdesk account. Adding a screenshot for reference:
An email will be sent to them listing all the Freshdesk URLs tagged to that email address. Using that, they can access their Helpdesk system.
