Possible queries:
Error while viewing activities of ticket
Something went wrong while viewing ticket activities/conversations
Resolution Path:
- Validate account details.
- Check if the error is showing up
- for all tickets, older tickets or tickets at random.
- for all agents or few agents - Obtain HAR file while loading the activities and check for the error returned. Use the x-request-id for the 4xx or 5xx error present and check POD-specific Haystack for the error in logs.
- If that is not possible, obtain Occasional agent access to the account, check for the error in the network tab and record HAR as mentioned in the above point.
- Raise an L2 ticket with the above details to have this checked further.
