Sort by to check customer/agent responded tickets

Possible Queries :

1. How can I sort tickets in the list view based on Customer Responded tickets ?

2. How can I sort tickets in the list view based on Agent Responded tickets?

3. I would like to see tickets sorted by the last customer's response


Resolution Path :


In case we have customer's requesting to sort the tickets in the list view by Customer Responded or Agent Responded tickets, we can add the below launch party feature for their account from the backend through Devops to enable both of these sorting options.

If you don't have the Admin access for Devops, ping it in your regional Slack channel, and it will be added for you.


Launch Party Name : sort_by_customer_response
