Account Deletion

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Could you kindly assist me in deleting an unnecessary account and provide information on the timeline for erasing the associated data?
Haystack logs:
"api/_/accounts/cancellation" AND "account_id"
Here are the steps to follow for deleting an account:
Account administrators can start the account cancellation process by going to Admin > Account > Account Details.
If the cancellation is initiated by the customer, paid/non-trial accounts will be deleted 14 days after the account cancellation.
Trial accounts will be immediately deleted.
