The images in your solution articles may not be displayed properly because the images may require authentication to view it. You can check this out by opening the incognito window--> Right clicking on the broken image--> Click on inspect--> You would get the Image URL and try accessing that link--> If it asks you to check the login to view these images then we confirm this is the issue. If not, then please do reach out to our support and we will help sort this out for you :)
