An agent viewing the article from the Customer portal will not affect the analytics of the Knowledge base. However, if the agent is not logged in (for articles displayed to all users) or logged in with a different email address it will affect the metrics.
If I am an Agent and I look at our solutions article from the client portal do I contribute to the counts of views for the Knowledge article?
