When you receive a response from on a Facebook DM ticket, the responses would be added in the ticket with a lock icon on it indicating it is a private/direct message, however, these messages are not private or hidden from the customer. If the customer logs in using their respective Facebook profile from which they have created a DM ticket, the complete conversation would be shown to them.
Customer replies to Facebook posts are being marked as private.
