To modify a ticket field in Freshdesk, follow these steps:


  1. Go to Admin in the Freshdesk dashboard.
  2. Click on Workflows.
  3. Select Ticket Fields.
  4. In the Ticket Fields section, you can make various modifications:
  • Reorder fields: Use the drag-and-drop functionality in the dotted section to change the position of a field.
  • Rename field label/value: Click on the field you want to modify and edit the label or value accordingly.
  • Add new fields/values: Click on the "Add Field" or "Add Value" button to create a new field or value respectively.


By navigating to Admin → Workflows → Ticket Fields, you can easily modify ticket fields in Freshdesk.
