To modify a ticket field in Freshdesk, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin in the Freshdesk dashboard.
- Click on Workflows.
- Select Ticket Fields.
- In the Ticket Fields section, you can make various modifications:
- Reorder fields: Use the drag-and-drop functionality in the dotted section to change the position of a field.
- Rename field label/value: Click on the field you want to modify and edit the label or value accordingly.
- Add new fields/values: Click on the "Add Field" or "Add Value" button to create a new field or value respectively.
By navigating to Admin → Workflows → Ticket Fields, you can easily modify ticket fields in Freshdesk.
