Please perform the following checks if you do not receive the verification email from Freshdesk even after clicking on the Verify button for your support email.
- Check if the verification email is marked as Spam or blocked by your email provider. 
- If not, try resending the verification email. - - Login to your Freshdesk account as an administrator. 
- Navigate to Admin. Select Channels and click on Email. 
- Click on the 'Verify' button next to the support email. 
 
Sometimes, there may be a delay in the delivery of verification emails. We recommend waiting a few moments before you try again.
