There are situations where the DKIM record is not present for configuration in the Advanced Email settings under the Configure DKIM section. In such cases, the following steps can be taken:
- Verify the presence of a custom support email domain:
Check if a custom support email domain is actually added under the Admin → Email section. It is important to ensure that the domain exists. - Verify the status of the email domain:
Ensure that the email domain is in a verified status. This means that the domain ownership and configuration have been successfully verified. - If the above checks are satisfied but the domain is still not available in the DKIM configure page, take the following action:
Raise a Support L2 ticket to the appropriate support team. They should be able to assist in populating the required DKIM records in the user interface (UI) using a script or other means. This will enable the configuration of DKIM for the domain.
