This is a potential request that could come from customers setting up JWT SSO. Customers would want to add additional parameters that needs to be added to the existing Authorization URL sent by Freshworks ; and this parameter has to be whitelisted from our side to make it possible for the customers to use it effectively.

- Get the details about the additional parameter that the customer would like to whitelist.
- Reach out to any agent having admin access to the HODOR Bot
- Ask them to send the following message to the Bot to whitelist the parameter
