Deleting Freshdesk Accounts

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
Issue:
Customers may reach out to delete Freshdesk accounts immediately. The account may be suspended or the customer could be looking to cancel their trial instances.
Resolution Path
Account admins can log in to the suspended account, go to the 'Accounts details' section and cancel the account. This would delete the account with immediate effect.
