How to change the Freshdesk URL?
The option to change the URL is available for customers and is available under Admin> Account -> Helpdesk Settings. Click on the Edit option next to the Helpdesk URL. On the redirected page, you can change the URL as in the below screenshot:
However, customers are limited to a maximum of 5 URL changes throughout the lifecycle of their account.

In the event that the customer is unable to change the URL from their side, we are able to initiate the change from our side with written consent, but only for the default Freshdesk URL and not for the custom URL changes.
You can share the impacts of changing the URL listed in this link with the customer and once they send an written approval, you can post it in the regional Slack group to get the URL changed.
