Report level filters create conflicts in the results
Report level filters and Widget level/Page level filters range do not match
Resolution Path:
- In Freshdesk Analytics, when you apply a date range filter at the report level, the metrics inside every widget will be mapped to a date range dimension by default.
- The reports are defaulted to point to 90 days. However, you should be able to change the same by clicking the Edit option and making a change to the report filter.
- Sometimes the filters applied in the widget may be out of range for the filters applied in the report level which may result in no data.

Consider the case below, where the report level filters and the page filters do not match, which creates a conflict in the configuration and will not yield any results.
For the requirement to get the data of Bot, E-commerce and Chat source we should consider removing the report level filter on source.
