Reply button missing in Ticket Details page.


Resolution Path


  • The reply button will only be available if the contact associated with the ticket has an email address. Check and verify the same.

  • For Social tickets, the reply button (the one that adds a note in Facebook) will be missing in all older tickets in case the associated Facebook page was deleted in Freshdesk or deleted and integrated again.
