Inline Image Upload Error

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Possible Queries :
- Error "Image cannot be loaded from the passed link" thrown while trying to upload an image inside a ticket reply
Resolution Path :
In case an error is thrown while trying to upload an image/ copy-paste an image inside a ticket reply as seen below, we can suggest the agent to clear their browser cache/cookies, as well as Enable All cookies including 3rd party cookies on their browser.

If the issue still persists after this, we can obtain the HAR file, and raise a Support L2 ticket for further investigation.
