Filters by ticket fields

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

How to filter tickets by created time/resolved/closed date?
We can filter the tickets based on created/resolved and closed date using the fields under filter section.

How do we filter tickets based on ticket fields?
We can find the default/custom ticket fields under the filter section. We can filter the tickets based on the fields under the filter section.
The following types of ticket fields will not be available as filter:-
- Checkbox
- Single-line text field
- Multi-line text field
- Date field
- Number field
- Decimal field
