Time triggers with Subject condition

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
By default, the subject condition might not be available in the time trigger rules.
If customers reach out to set up time trigger rule based on the subject condition, we can enable the launch party feature from DevOps - supervisor_text_field
The feature can be enabled only by leads or managers and please ping in regional slack channels to enable the same.
