How to change the Font Style/ Colour/Formatting in replies?



Resolution:


  • The default font that gets applied in the reply editor is picked from the one set in admin -->Helpdesk. The Font family as well as font size can be selected here.


  • Additionally, the agents can be given the option to select the Font size and family individually from the reply editor itself by toggling the following option with admin --> Helpdesk.




Adding to that, if content is copy-pasted from any external source, it would have the font and other properties from the copied source. 

The formatting can be cleared by selecting the 'Clear Formatting' option in the reply editor.


And font can be reset to the default helpdesk font by selecting the option below.
