Issue
The 'From' email address that populates will be with respect to the group mapped to that specific support email address. Customers might come stating the default 'from' address does not correspond to the primary support email address/ corresponding email address for that group.
Resolution Path
- Go to admin --> Apps and check if there are any Custom Apps / Installed apps that could be altering the behaviour.
- The common apps that could modify the default behaviour are the Email Configuration App and Customize 'From' email address
