Queries with sort by Due Date

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Possible Queries :
- How can I sort the tickets based on the Resolution Due time ?
- I want to respond to tickets first that is approaching the resolution due time sooner.
Resolution Path :
- We can sort tickets in the ticket list view page using the sort option "Due by Time" as shown below.
- In case they want to see the tickets that are approaching the Due by time sooner, make sure to select "Ascending" at the bottom.
- Make sure to note that, this is only with respect to the Resolution Due by Time.
