Queries on Sort by Created Date

Possible Queries :

- How can we sort tickets in the List View based on the most recently created ticket ?

- I would like to sort tickets in the List View based on the ticket created date.


Resolution Path :

  • We can direct the agent to the ticket list view page, and choose the option of " Created Date" under the  "Sort By" button to sort tickets based on the ticket's creation time. 
  • In addition if the latest ticket is to be viewed on top, make sure to select "Descending" at the bottom, and "Ascending" if the oldest ticket is to be viewed on top of the list.
