How To Print?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

How can I get the content of a ticket?
Resolution Path:
- The ticket content can be printed and saved as a PDF in the system. This should get you all conversations and properties of a ticket with inline attachments.
- You can make use of the print functionality on the ticket details page. Open the ticket > click on the three vertical dots > Print.
