Resolution Path


1. If it's an online paying account, the customer themselves can add agents from under admin>>account>>plans &billing.


2. To check if the account is an online paying account, please navigate to Chargebee, search for the account and if the "auto collection" shows true, then it's an online account.


3. For agent seat deduction or for any offline, reseller accounts, please involve the account manager and the route the ticket to FinOps team.


4. The account manager details will be available on the right pane in the ticket details page.
