Possible Errors:

1.No longer able to access the sandbox account - Getting the error - Limited access: Your account has been suspended. Contact your account administrator to reactivate.


Resolution Path:

1. By default the sandbox account is active only for 6 months from the time of sandbox creation.

2. The state of the sandbox account will be shown as trial in Freshops.

3. If the sandbox account is suspended and the customer would like to reactivate it again, please raise a request in this URL for the same.


Note:

Data sync from Freshdesk to Sandbox happens only at the time of sandbox creation, the newer updates don't get synced unless the sandbox is deactivated and built again. Hence we generally have the sandbox active only for a limited period of time.
