List view is blank
Resolution Path:
- Validate the account details and clarify if the customer sees an error while loading the default views or if they cannot locate the default view.
- In case there is no error and the customer would like to know about the default views and their properties, refer to this article for the queries.
- In case of errors while loading the list view, obtain details if all agents face the issue. Get HAR file and video grab from customer. Check the HAR file and network calls with errors, and if there is an error, copy the X-Request-Id from headers and search it in pod-specific Haystack. In case of 500 - Something went wrong error, refer to this the internal article to find the corrupted ticket. If there are no appropriate logs, obtain occasional agent access to the customer's helpdesk and raise an L2 ticket.
- If there is no 500 error, but the list view is blank with no tickets being shown, an L2 ticket can be raised with occasional agent access and logs.
