Issue:-
The customer would have set up the To-do and a reminder on a ticket. But, the to-do reminder email was not received by the agent.
Resolution Path:-
1. Check the logs in sumologic to see if the email has been delivered.
2. If there are any email suspressions, we can clear them from Emailbot.
3. If the email has been delivered, we can share the Msg Id of the email with the customer and confirm that the email is delivered.
