Possible queries:
Unable to view all the pages/records in the PDF exports.
Resolution Path:
Currently when a report is exported, the maximum number of pages that can be exported is 4 and total rows that could be fetched is 200. This is mainly to maintain the size consistency in the reports and this is the behavior across the Freshdesk Analytics. The only way to export all data is in the form as CSV.
We do have a feature request to export all the data in the PDF format.
