Why am I receiving an error message while trying to edit the email notifications?

When you are trying to edit email notifications by signing up with a generic domain address (such as gmail.com or outlook.com), you may see an error saying "An internal error occurred. Please contact support."


In such cases, you would be able to edit the email notifications only if there are more than 10 tickets created in your account.
