Check Scheduled Data Export Status

Users who have edit and export privileges are able to schedule data exports. It is important to note that in both Omni and standalone accounts, there is a maximum limit of exports per module, including Tickets.


To verify the status of a scheduled export, you can utilize the following Haystack query:

Freshreports log set: "DATA SCHEDULED" AND "2252674" AND "bond34442@gmail.com".


For checking the delivery status of the exported data via email, you can use the following query in the Freshemail log set in Haystack:

"Your data export for TOTAL Articles is ready" AND "2252674".
