Ticket creation notification is not translated in French

The notifications would be sent out based on the Contact language that has been in Freshdesk. If a new contact is sending an email, Freshdesk would check the first few lines of the email to identify the language of the contact. If the first email was completely in French then the contact language would automatically be set to French and the corresponding New ticket created notification would be sent out.
