How to track the unassigned tickets for the group that is being removed from the Dashboard?

This can be dealt with using the Team Dashboard. The agents of a certain group have more information about the group ready at hand on the dashboard. You can create a separate filter view where the group is set to unassigned in the filters on the right side (tickets tab) and save this view. You can then use this to create a dashboard for the view of all your agents. You can check this link for more information.
