Here are the steps to disable the knowledge base on the customer portal:


1. Log in to your Freshdesk admin account.

2. Navigate to the Admin tab.

3. In the Admin panel, scroll down and click on "Portals" under the Channels section.

4. You will see a list of portals if you have multiple portals set up. Select the portal for which you want to disable the solution articles.

5. In the portal settings page, look for the "Portal Categories" section. This is where you manage the categories.

6. To disable the Knowledge Base, you can remove all the categories or uncheck the categories that you want to hide.

7. Save the changes by clicking on the "Save" or "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
