I am using Google SSO and get this error : Requested URL not found on the server

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This issue occurs when an incorrect URL is entered under SAML Login URL in Freshdesk under Admin > Security.
In the Google Admin console, go to Security > Set up single sign on (SSO) and copy the SSO URL. Paste the URL in your Freshdesk account under Admin > Security in the SAML login URL section.
