Problem Statement


Sensitive content has not been redacted


Resolution path


  • Check whether redaction is enabled under admin-->Security

  • Redaction works only on ticket description and for customer replies.
  • Redaction does not work on Subject
  • Only valid credit card numbers which satisfies Luhn algorithm and matches the regex mentioned in this link
    will get redacted.
