Where can I find the Huddle or Freshconnect option in Freshdesk?

We have moved the Huddle or Freshconnect Notification widget to the bottom right corner of the page in your Freshdesk. With this, you can : 

  • See your notifications upfront 
  • Have a discussion on a ticket 
  • Quick access to Team Messages in Freshconnect 


Agents will see the Freshconnect widget everywhere except the “What’s new in Freshdesk” page from where they will be able to chat with us. 


But What about the Freshchat "Chat With Us" widget? The Freshchat widget will still remain in the following manner: 

1. Trial admins will have access to the Freshchat widget in all pages except the ticket list and ticket details pages. 

2. Paid accounts admins will have access to the Freshchat widget in the Admin pages and Try higher plan page
