How to add agents in bulk?
Resolution Path
1. Agents can't be added in bulk from the UI
2. Bulk addition of agents can be done only via API
3. Please provide this API link to the customer to bulk-create agents.
4. If the customer is not proficient with API and insists on us doing the same, please check with your lead before taking up the custom requests.
5. If approved, get the details such as name, email address, roles, and scope that needs to be associated and raise a L2 ticket.
