View emails sent through automations

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

We recently released a new feature to append emails sent through automation to the ticket details page. Here's a screenshot of how the same will appear,

This is a launch party feature and can be enabled from DevOps - email_content_as_private_note
Only leads or managers will be able to enable the same and please ping the regional slack channels to have it enabled.
