Emails sent through dispatcher rule is not seen on ticket

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Emails sent through the automations will not be shown as a reply on the ticket. You can check the activities to see which automation has worked on the ticket.
