Account blocked - Increased traffic

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Issue
Customer's account is blocked and inaccessible due to increased traffic.
Resolution Path
- Find the reason for the Account being blocked from Devops.

2. Reach out to the NOC team to get the account unblocked via the fd-support-noc channel and check the reason for blocking as well from them if it is not specified in Devops.
Usually it would be due to increased traffic/ uspicious activity.
3.If it's a genuine case, raise an L2 to get the account whitelisted.
