Spam Received from Third Party FD account

Possible Errors : 


-Third party end-users may report that users from a specific Freshdesk account have been sending out multiple emails with Spam/ Malicious content to them. 


Resolution Path :
- In such cases, we can collect the URL details of the Freshdesk account from which the spam/malicious content is being sent out of, and ping in the Slack thread https://fwbuzz.slack.com/archives/CUT5XCH1C (fd-support-noc) to check with the NOC team if the account can be blocked. The NOC team will check and block the account from our account if required until the account owner gets back.
