        We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

As of now, there are no known errors associated with updating a role for an agent. Nevertheless, if a customer encounters any issues with updating an agent's role, please ensure to gather the following details:
- HAR file
 - OA access
 - Video grab
