If a customer wants to configure a common signature across all agents, they can do it by navigating toAdmin > Workflows > Email notifications > Templates > Agent reply template. They can setup the signature in the box highlighted below and save the changes:

If the customer wants to add a signature specific to a group or product, you can suggest them install the Signature Management app or Signature Management plus app (to store more signatures)
