Why did the attachments not get synced with the merged ticket ? 

Why did the notes or replies not get synced with the merged ticket ? 


Resolution Path :


Ideally, the attachments, notes, and replies should be moved from the secondary ticket to the primary ticket as private / public notes ( based on the option selected during the merge ). 


In case a reply, note or attachment is missing or corrupted in the merge process or after the merge, kindly raise an L2 ticket for further information.

There are possibilities that this could occur due to a connection timeout or an Infra level issue/downtime issue at the time of merge.
